Starting Off the Year With a Fresh Cup
In 2025 we wanted to hone out standard house roasts. Lakeside Blend has been a hit and will be our long term house blend, Our espresso roast has gone through several changes through the year and has found its final evolution on the dark end of medium, and our Ethiopian light roast has been well loved.
