In 2025 we wanted to hone out standard house roasts. Lakeside Blend has been a hit and will be our long term house blend, Our espresso roast has gone through several changes through the year and has found its final evolution on the dark end of medium, and our Ethiopian light roast has been well loved. I just passed over 600 roasts on out tracking software and am looking forward to blow past that number this year roasting our standard house roasts along with some new additions.
While I love our Ethiopian Yirgacheffe coffee, it is no longer available for us to purchase the green coffee. As such we have a new Ethiopian that just came in, it should be similar in profile and I am excited to test roast it this coming week! Additionally, We are starting a rotating set of coffees! These are going to be coffees that caught our eye and will be limited quantity. I have been experimenting with a delicious and bright green from Costa Rica and am excited to launch that in the next few weeks!
